Ashlyn worked as a trade show and promotional model for years while pursuing a career in acting and dance. After working with multiple agencies at numerous activations, Ashlyn noticed a large void in the trade show and event industry.

Quality talent existed, but it was not always recognized. Furthermore, many talent agencies withheld payment due to talent for months at a time, creating barriers in trust for both clients and talent alike.

Ashlyn decided it was time for a change and formed More Than Models, an agency that stands for just that, talent that is more than meets the eye.

Lisa is a SAG-AFTRA actor/dancer, voiceover artist, and promotional model. She hails from Palm Beach Gardens, FL - a native Floridian (they do exist!). Lisa holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing, with honors and a minor in Communications from Florida State University. She also attended Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts as a theatre major in West Palm Beach, FL.

Lisa has worked in the promotional and trade show industry for over 10 years. She has an extensive resume ranging from technology, gaming, fashion, auto, health, and the VR industries. Lisa is currently the Talent Coordinator with More Than Models and an on-site Team Lead/Manager for events. Lisa loves technology, traveling, yoga, eating healthy, and making her home as smart as possible. She grew up playing Super Nintendo and loves that part of her job is to represent a favorite childhood past time.

Katie is a Southern California native and MTM Manager. When she’s not coordinating events & Brand Ambassadors, she enjoys playing video games and hiking.

Katie studied Film and Media at university, is constantly drinking coffee, and has a black cat named Basil.

Skye is a talent coordinator at MTM. She grew up in Northern California, but moved south to attend university in Irvine, studying Film and Media.

Skye joined the MTM team after spending a year teaching English to elementary students in Spain.

She enjoys true crime, traveling, and cheese (despite being lactose intolerant.)

Skye oversees new talent communication, submissions, and interviews.

Jennie got her start doing stage performance and choreography on the Las Vegas Strip. She has over 8 years of live event and trade show experience. She loves all aspects of event managing and leading a team to success!

Jennie has a BA in Dance Production and Management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

She loves all things in the arts and enjoys crafting in her free time. Jennie’s three pets (Fruitcup, Gotham and Polly Prissy Pants) are her best friends!

Originally from Massachusetts, Rebecca works in both Los Angeles and New York City. She is an actor and voiceover artist whose work can be seen in movies, television, and streaming services. In her spare time, she enjoys growing avocado plants from seed and working on her educational video series encouraging young children to learn about the world through books.

With over 6 years of experience as a brand ambassador and team lead in the trade show and promotional industry, she's thrilled to be part of this women-driven company, interviewing new talent and welcoming new brand ambassadors to the team!
